It's that time of the year. The annual TPC End Of Year dinner is upon us once again and it's time to actually show your pretty faces at our 7th EOY. I believe it's the 7th, though I'm getting on in years.
In past, we've had the event at various places - Town and Country, Moti Mahal, Buffet King, and a couple other memorable places (snicker).
This year, as were the last two, is going to be at Imperial Buffet at Elginton, just west of Warden on the south side. The food selection is decent, the facilities are large, and the parking is ample.
If you've never been to an EOY before, you really should come out. This is where you actually get to meet some of the more notorious *******s (ok, just me) that you've grown to know on the board, in person. It always proves to be interesting when you meet people face to face and have to actually speak instead of typing out random one liners or words without vowels...srsly.
The past events have seen great door prizes, provided by our generous affiliates and sponsors.
The prizes portion of the dinner is always a fun time. Can't miss out on that!
In any case, it's always great to meet the people you banter with every day...so come on out and show your face, even if it does look like Milad.
Things to watch out for this year:
Who can eat Milad and Yasha under the table? They polished off crab legs and had a whole table to themselves.
Who will have the best camera gear onsite? (mark was the only dslr in the place last time)
...and to follow, who will produce the best pic of the night? We could have a contest for that if you like.
Who will be the new Kavi to be centered out this year?
Does Grant actually ever age?
Will Cal be confused for Adma and vice versa?
Will Johnny show?
Tune in to find out.
Ok, the details:

Please, we ask that you reply that you are coming, only when you are committed to coming. We have to pay for reserved spots, regardless if you're there or not. Also, please indicate if you're bringing a guest.
That being said, I do want everyone to feel free to join.
To the veterans, your asses are expected there.
For the electronic personalities, you're encouraged to come.
For the n00bs and the unknowns, it's easier to show up if you hookup with someone beforehand. Always easier to walk in knowing someone than not. PM Cam for details. You are definitely encouraged to show up. It's a fun time..guranteed.
I think that's pretty much it.
I do hope to see all of yout there.
(side, if anyone takes my candid pic again, you'll be banned)
Additional Charitable Information
We will be running a toy/food drive as well. Please feel free to bring an unwrapped toy or a non perishable food item. I'll collect this stuff and will donate them accordingly. More than likely the Chum City Christmas Wish. We can also make arrangements to take monetary if you wish, though I'd prefer not to handle cash.
At the event, we'll run the usual 50/50 draw. For those who don't know what this is, we sell you tickets for x dollars. At the end of the sale, we'll draw a ticket, and that person will win half of what we collected. The other half we will donate to a charity we all agree on. I think the last person won about 140? or was it 240?
In any case, let's get the numbers up. Sign up now for a great time!
